If the berth or the boat chosen is available on the selected dates the reservation can be made directly online by credit card. After entering your personal data and your credit card details, the payment will be pre-authorized. At this point, the partner (marina, charter, private person) will have 24 hours to confirm the availability. Payment will be made only upon confirmation by the partner. Otherwise, the pre-authorisation will be canceled and no amount will be charged.
In the event that your search does not produce any results, you can send a free quote request to our customer service. In this case, the payment can also be made via a bank transfer.
If you wish to request additional information (including the possibility to pay with a bank transfer) you will be able to send a message to the partner through the "Send message" button in the profile of the boat or the marina.
