ACI Marina Umag

Umag, a town and a port on the nortwestern coast of Istria, is the first nautical entry into Croatia from central Europe, only 40 kilometers from Trieste and 50 nautical miles from Venice. The town dates back to ancient times and is situated in the attractive bay whose most beautiful ornament it the prestigious ACI marina Umag. The marina has 475 berths available, can receive yachts up to 40 m long, and has, for the past 14 years, proudly flown the Blue flag, a guarantee of clean sea and superior equipment. In 2000 ACI marina Umag was pronounced the best marina on the Croatian side of the Adriatic.

Since the vicinity of Umag is the home to some of the best Croatian wines, which tend to be accompanied by superior gastronomy, ACI marina Umag is the ideal starting port for all those who are looking for gastronomy and enology experiences. Umag is also considered the sports capital of Istria, thanks to the exceptional tradition of sports and recreational tourism. Visitors can engage in a number of sports activities, such as golfing, tennis, cycling, diving, hiking and caving.

Cancellation policy	Strict: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees
Terms & conditions	The payment of the berth will be done at the marina reception. The one-off booking fee is 10% of the daily berth rate charged according to the vessel’s length, and is payable at the time of booking. Contract Cancellation by User The User can cancel previously signed Contract minimally 24 hours prior the date of the reservation in which case ACI d.d. will refund the User’s payments in the amount of up to 80% while keeping 20% of handling fee. The afore mentioned cancellation costs are also applied to modification of arrival date as well as to all other modifications that may significantly influence the Contract fulfilment. Il pagamento del posto barca sarà effettuata presso la reception della marina. Il costo della prenotazione ammonta al 10% del prezzo d’ormeggio giornaliero secondo la lunghezza dell’imbarcazione. CANCELLAZIONE L’utente può cancellare il contratto stipulato in precedenza al più tardi 24 ore prima della data di prenotazione. Marinanow rimborserà in questo caso all’utente la somma prepagata al 80%, mentre il 20% si manterrà come spese. Se si cambia la data d’arrivo o simili cambiamenti che influenzano notevolmente il contratto stipulato, saranno applicate le stesse tasse di cancellazione.
